If it were easy to get to, it wouldn't be Mustique!
There are no direct flights to Mustique, so you'll need to wing your way to either Grantley Adams International Airport (BGI) on Barbados, Hewanorra International Airport (UVF) on St Lucia, or Argyle International Airport (SVD) on St. Vincent - the "mainland" to Mustique. These airports are serviced by several airlines, including British Airways and Virgin Atlantic from the UK and American Airlines, JetBlue, Delta and Air Canada from North America.
When you arrive in one of the international hubs (BGI or UVF), you will be welcomed by a Cotton House Meet and Greet representative in the Arrivals Hall holding a sign with your name on it. They will fast-track you through all the formalities and accompany you to the Mustique lounge where you can help yourself to refreshments while waiting for your short hopper (15-50 minutes depending on your departure island) to Mustique.

Arriving by private plane? You must confirm your flight schedule in advance with the hotel's reservations department to confirm your reservation and land on-island.
We recommend arriving to the island by Wednesday or Thursday, as the last flight onto Mustique is typically by 5pm. This will allow ample time for you to decompress, explore, and acclimate to "island time" before the wedding festivities begin on Friday.
Take our word for it, once you arrive you won't want to leave.
To book your connecting charter flights into Mustique please contact the hotel's reservations department once you have reserved your stay (reservations@cottonhouse.net; + 1 784 456 4777). Every effort is made to schedule hopper flights as close to international arrival times as possible. The goal is to get you to Mustique as quickly as possible, but please be aware that you may have a short wait for your connection.
